Jonathan David Nugent, 34, was arrested on multiple counts. According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Cody Painter, assistant chief of the Chesterfield Police Department, the incidents involved a child under the age of ten. During an interview with police, Nugent said he was aware of why he was being questioned.
